As our Digital Engagement & Partnership Manager, you’ll be part of our Engagement Squad—think of it as your crew of digital explorers—driving exciting app features, collaborating with partners, and making sure our users keep coming back for more. Your mission? To turn everyday interactions into delightful digital moments and boost app usage like never before!

You will have the following responsibilities:

Rewards Management & Partner Collaboration

• Identify and onboard new rewarding/coupon partners.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate contractual agreements.
• Plan, launch, and monitor rewarding and engagement related campaigns.
• Manage daily operations of engagement functionalities in the app.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Legal, IT) to ensure smooth execution.

App Feature Coordination

• Support the definition and prioritization of user stories related to engagement features.
• Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with design and development teams for minor UX/UI improvements.
• Participate in testing and follow-up on bug fixes.

Agile Squad Collaboration

• Actively contribute to the daily work of the Engagement Squad.
• Align with stakeholders and support development processes.
• Prepare documentation and status reports.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• College/University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Experience in digital product development or partner management.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong negotiation and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good organizational skills
• Advanced English oral/written

These buses leave from several stations in the city: Népliget, Kelenföld, as well as Déli pályaudvar stations, and you can recognize them by the "Yettel bus - Yettel" sign on the front of the vehicles.
