Digital Solution Manager,

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Own Yettel’s digital touchpoints within your assigned area and take responsibility for their business results, helping us deliver a seamless digital customer experience and achieve our targets.
• Shape and continuously evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap of your area, identifying opportunities, risks, and performance gaps to support business growth and changing customer needs.
• Monitor KPIs, customer behavior, feedback, and market trends, turning insights into improvements that increase customer satisfaction and digital performance.
• Lead the development of new digital features from initial business need and business case through concept creation to detailed requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the development backlog based on business value, customer feedback, technical considerations, stakeholder needs, and strategic objectives.
• Work closely with business and technology teams throughout delivery, track progress and service quality, and support issue resolution to ensure roadmap initiatives are successfully implemented.
• Present roadmap priorities, quarterly plans, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and management, while continuously improving agile ways of working and keeping up with digital industry trends.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• A college or university degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in front-end system development.
• Practical experience with Agile ways of working and project management.
• A strong customer- and market-focused mindset, with the ability to connect customer needs with business objectives.
• Advanced written and spoken English, strong communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• The ability to work with multiple stakeholders, set priorities, and effectively manage complex digital initiatives
