The Digital Stream Lead owns the end‑to‑end delivery and evolution of a digital value stream within the Yettel ecosystem. You define the vision, set the strategic direction, prioritize high‑impact initiatives, and oversee cross‑functional squads to deliver outstanding digital experiences. You ensure seamless collaboration across business, technology, design, and operations, while championing agile ways of working, customer‑centricity, and continuous improvement.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Leadership & Vision

• Support Head of Digital Care on taking whole responsibility of various value streams, projects, initiatives.
• Define and communicate the stream’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company and tribe goals.
• Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and continuously improving team culture.
• Represent the stream in strategic forums and act as a key advocate for agile transformation and digital excellence.
• Product & Stream Ownership
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of digital products and capabilities, ensuring business value, customer impact, and quality.
• Act as the final authority on product decisions, including prioritization and acceptance of deliveries.
• Maintain domain expertise in digital channels (web/mobile), and API‑driven architectures.

Execution & Agile Delivery

• Support cross‑functional squads, enabling efficient agile delivery.
• Transform business needs, customer insights, and market trends into actionable plans and high‑value increments.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by optimizing processes, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

• Ensure transparent communication of priorities, performance, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with business units, marketing, IT, analytics, CX, and design teams to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.

Financials, Risks & Performance

• Oversee budget, resource allocation, vendor management, and risk mitigation across the stream.
• Analyze KPIs, customer feedback, and digital performance to drive enhancements and optimizations.
• Bring innovation into the stream’s roadmap by monitoring industry trends and competitive developments.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

Must‑Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in digital product management, delivery leadership, or domain ownership, ideally in telco/tech/financial services.
• Proven experience leading agile teams and delivering digital products at scale.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels, API-driven architectures.
• Demonstrated success in roadmap ownership, prioritization, and stakeholder leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English.
