Handset Technical Vendor Manager,
be yourself and make a difference in the world.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Keep daily technical contact with Handset Device vendors
• Device and firmware/software related technical problem handling
• Setup new internal procedures for handset technical testing, support of external testing team
• Support handset vendor selection from network viewpoints
• Keep contact internally with related business areas (ex.: handset procurement, handset logistic, product management, etc.)
• setup new internal business procedures for handset lifecycle management
• Keep in up-to-date status the software/feature/bugfix roadmap

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have/are:

• University / College degree (technical or economical faculties are preferred)
• Experience in vendor management, ideally in the telecommunication or consumer electronics industry
• Practical knowledge on mobile network technologies, such as 4G/LTE, 5G
• Service and customer oriented mindset
• Experience to build and implement new internal processes, across diverse internal organization groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with mobile handset portfolios of different vendors
