We are looking for a leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.

 

As the new leader of the function / team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the ICT & IoT team to ensure strong commercial performance, achieving revenue and profitability goals that directly impact the company’s growth and market position.
  • Coordinate and develop the PreSales ICT team, focusing on delivering excellent solution design and providing consultative technical support during bidding processes, which helps secure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage complex, long-cycle sales opportunities at the enterprise and corporate level, building and maintaining executive (C-level) relationships to promote a consultative sales approach and drive business success.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across technical, legal, financial, and operational areas to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions for clients.
  • Supervise the strategic pipeline and forecasting for the ICT segment, supporting informed business decisions and sustainable growth.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the solution portfolio, keeping it aligned with digitalization trends and evolving market needs.
  • Represent the company in relationships with technology partners and strategic customers, strengthening the company’s position in the market.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

  • At least 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ICT, Telecom, or IT.
  • Proven experience in managing teams (Sales, PreSales, or Aftersales).
  • A track record of managing complex digitalization projects and integrated solutions.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in executive-level negotiations and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of ICT solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, IoT, and Data.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • A valid category B driver’s license.
