These are the tasks you will be responsible for:

• Leading the go-to-market execution of consumer segment initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and directly contributing to the achievement of business goals.
• Supporting concept development by actively shaping ideas and providing strategic input, which helps drive innovation and align segment activities with company ambitions.
• Developing a deep understanding of the telecommunications market, competitors, and opportunities through regular analysis, enabling the team to identify relevant business concepts.
• Monitoring segment needs, attitudes, and insights to determine initiatives based on customer and commercial opportunities, current trends, and technological innovations.
• Creating segment action plans, defining sales channels, communication mix, and desired customer experience for the segment.
• Executing customer experience initiatives, finding insights and drivers to improve NPS results, and continuously tracking segment performance to propose improvement actions.
• Ensuring business goals and marketing activities are aligned and integrated with other departments and organizations.

We are looking for you to join our team if you have:

• A university degree in economics, business administration, commerce, or marketing.
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing or customer segment management experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, combined with a passion for customer experience.
• Commercial and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into business success.
• Commitment to customers, experience working with customer insights and segmentation.
• Assertiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• An autonomous working style, strong ownership attitude, and a practical, proactive approach.
• Presentation skills for clear and concise communication of marketing challenges and insights.
