Indirect Procurement Specialist,

These are the tasks you will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end procurement projects within assigned categories to ensure the company achieves the best value for money, supports business goals, and complies with procurement policies.
• Conducting both Hungarian and international sourcing processes, commercial negotiations, and supplier selection to deliver cost-effective and secure solutions for the team.
• Building and maintaining supplier relationships, acting as a key procurement partner for internal stakeholders to enable smooth collaboration and efficient business operations.
• Supporting business stakeholders in defining sourcing requirements, developing procurement strategies, and engaging suppliers.
• Preparing procurement documentation (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs), cost models, and supplier comparisons to support decision-making.
• Coordinating contract renewals, amendments, and terminations, and tracking project timelines to ensure timely delivery of procurement milestones.
• Maintaining constructive relationships with suppliers and internal partners.

We are looking for you to join our team if you have:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related relevant field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Full working proficiency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of sourcing, procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in an international or multinational environment.
• Experience supporting or conducting RFx processes, supplier negotiations and contract discussions.
• Experience in commercial analysis, supplier evaluation, cost modelling, and understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) concept.
• Familiarity with contract management principles and procurement governance processes.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and supporting business decision-making processes.
