 Junior Digital Solution Designer,

The Junior Solution Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure offers, write user stories, and conduct usability testing, ultimately contributing to the company's digital transformation and customer satisfaction goals.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Shape the Design into Deliverable IT Scope

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the design proposition.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s digital transformation goals and customer satisfaction objectives
• Develop detailed journey maps and campaign strategies.
• Translate business requirements into actionable IT deliverables.

Write User Stories

• Work with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that user stories are detailed enough for developers to implement effectively
• Prioritize user stories based on business value and feasibility

Create, Fix, and Improve Processes

• Analyze current sales and support processes across back office, retail, and digital platforms.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Ensure seamless integration of new processes into existing systems.

Manage Product Life Cycle

• Oversee the product life cycle from implementation to closure.
• Monitor and address bug fixes and change requests promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of product updates and enhancements.
• Track product performance metrics and iterate on improvements

Configure Offers within Existing Capabilities

• Set up and manage product offers within the company's existing technological framework.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate configuration.
• Test and validate offer configurations before deployment.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s technical capabilities and constraints

Responsible for Usability Testing

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.
• Analyze and report on usability findings.
• Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure user feedback is incorporated into designs
• Make recommendations for improving the user experience based on testing results.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods and tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of digital engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• 2-3 years Experience with writing user stories and managing product life cycles is a plus.
