Network Service Delivery Manager (Fixed line services),
be yourself and make a difference in the world.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Setup new service portfolio from technical viewpoints
• Develop SLA and KPI definition set
• Develop procedures to operate new service
• Keep contact internally with related business areas (ex.: product management, legal, procurement, etc.)
• Setup new internal business procedures for new user provisioning from technical viewpoint
• Keep in up-to-date status the project documentations

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have/are:

• University / College degree (technical faculties are preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Fixed Broadband (GPON, DOCSIS) services
• Experiences of service management:
  • SLA, KPI definition and tracking,
  • SLA, KPI reporting
• Keep tracking both of service delivery process related and service operation related KPIs
• Developing and evaluating customer experience related KPIs
• Deep understanding of E2E user journeys such as:
  • user provisioning
  • troubleshooting
  • transaction reporting
• Customer and service oriented mindset
• Experience to build and implement new internal processes, across diverse internal organization groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with different GPON vendors
