Segment Marketing Chapter Manager,

We are looking for a leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.

In this 2-year fixed-term position, you will have the following responsibilities:

Oversee consumer mobile segment’s activities and KPIs from planning to execution & follow-up

• Create transparent plan for consumer mobile segment’s roadmap and activities and distribute for related departments. Manage own team’s resources for the activities 
• Regularly monitor and track segment’s performance, modify on plans if needed to reach KPIs
• Bring future business opportunities to further grow the segment
• Ensure alignment between departments on commercial activities, share results, plans, issues to have optimal preparation time for execution within company
• Plan consumer mobile segment’s KPIs and follow-up on results
• Initiate researches to find further customer insights and needs
• Monitor customer satisfaction and create plans to keep customer satisfaction high

Manage the people of Consumer Mobile Segment

• Manage resources for projects according to expertise, potential and workload
• Keep track of the performance and create development path when needed
• Assist team members to make their best out of themselves, keep their satisfaction, growth and future potential in focus
• Make sure that members form a strong a team and work as #oneteam

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• University degree (economics, business administration, commerce, marketing)
• 5+ years of relevant marketing or customer segment management experience
• Commercial and business acumen translated into business success
• Fluent English
• Customer commitment, strong experience in working with customer insights and segmentation
• Assertiveness
• Healthy self-confident and autonomous way of work, strong ownership attitude with active, doer, practical approach 
• Leadership skills both from project and people management side
