We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior B2B Pricing and Channel Profitability Lead to drive profitability across our B2B operations. In this key role, you will focus on developing and reviewing non-standard pricing strategies while ensuring maximum profitability for complex deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support pricing decisions and channel management, ensuring that our business aligns with evolving market dynamics.

As a pivotal part of the team, you will bring your expert knowledge of B2B pricing and channel profitability management to lead high-impact initiatives, optimize performance, and support the business in identifying and addressing opportunities for growth.

 

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Pricing Strategy and Review: Lead the evaluation of standard and non-standard B2B pricing offers, with a focus on maximizing profitability for complex deals. Collaborate with commercial teams to solve pricing-related challenges and uncover new opportunities.
  • Channel Profitability Management: Oversee profitability analysis across multiple sales channels (both B2B and B2C). Provide insights and recommendations to enhance channel performance and profitability across segments.
  • Business Partnering: Actively support decision-making by reviewing business cases and providing analytical insights. Work closely with commercial teams to optimize incentive structures and drive profitability improvements.
  • International Collaboration: Engage in international projects focused on pricing and channel profitability, working with stakeholders across different markets.
  • Methodology and Reporting Development: Contribute to reporting enhancements and methodology improvements to streamline profitability tracking and analysis.

 

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

  •  Proven experience in B2B pricing and channel profitability management, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work individually with complex data sets and financial models.
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in working on cross-functional teams and leading high-impact projects.
  • Familiarity with international project collaboration and best practices.
