Senior CVM Marketing Manager,

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyzing segment performance and business indicators in depth, so our team can have a clear understanding of the customer base and make well-founded decisions.
• Continuously monitoring current and future needs, attitudes, and feedback of the segment, enabling us to respond to customer expectations in time and launch new retention or value-adding initiatives.
• Taking full ownership of developing new offers and customer value management solutions from concept to launch, ensuring the achievement of business and marketing goals.
• Regularly tracking segment performance, analyzing key business metrics, and proposing improvement actions to increase efficiency.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that marketing activities are aligned and integrated with the rest of the organization.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• A university degree (in economics, business, commerce, marketing, or technical field).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a customer-focused mindset.
• Relevant experience in marketing or customer value management.
• Commercial and business acumen that you have already applied successfully in previous roles.
• Fluent Hungarian and English language skills.
• A confident, autonomous working style, strong sense of ownership, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
