Senior Indirect Procurement Expert,

You will have the following responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for end-to-end regional non‑IT procurement tenders, and by this you drive cost efficiency and tangible business impact across multiple affiliates
• By consolidating fragmented local demands, you turn them into high-impact regional sourcing initiatives, maximizing economies of scale and optimizing overall spend
• You will lead complex regional negotiations and framework agreements, ensuring strong commercial terms that create long-term value while balancing local business needs
• Acting as a trusted partner, you work closely with non‑IT stakeholders to align requirements and expectations across diverse business units
• You will own local non‑IT tenders from start to finish, covering demand clarification, supplier selection, and contract closure
• Your role includes building and executing procurement strategies for non‑IT categories, identifying cost optimization and risk mitigation opportunities
• In high-stakes situations, you drive value-focused negotiations for non‑IT projects, while maintaining strong, long-term supplier relationships
• You take full ownership of contract drafting and commercial terms, ensuring everything is compliant and business-ready
• Ensuring transparency comes naturally to you, as you keep procurement processes audit-ready, while staying aligned with Group Procurement and continuously improving ways of working

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

•  A university degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Solid experience with complex, high-value non‑IT procurements (e.g. marketing, HR, PR, FM, research) in a multinational or regional environment
• Proven ability to develop procurement strategies with clear business impact
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
• Confident communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders, including executives and steering committees
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders across different countries and business units
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a diplomatic approach
• Ability to align different business needs and priorities into a unified, well-functioning procurement process
