You will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing non-standard B2B commercial offers:

  • Review / comment and suggest adjustments to B2B sales offers to maximise gross margin and mitigate risk.
  • Support B2B segment in tender preparations and offer fine tuning.
  • Keeping close contact and co-operative relationship with B2B Sales organisation.
  • Offer improvement ideas and evaluate developments in B2B’s PM model.

• Understand commercial drivers (KPIs) of P&L:

  • Review and comment actual – plan variances of P&L (Sales KPIs, Gross Profit, OPEX) during the monthly closing process.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide inputs for financial planning (short term forecasts and long-term strategic plans).

• Support decision making by evaluating business cases behind commercial projects and initiatives. Act as an independent control function.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

•  University or college degree in Economics / Finance.

• At least 5 years of experience in sales / commercial controlling - B2B pricing and telco experience are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Analytical approach combined with a commercial mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills – able to communicate transparently with various fields of the organisation (sales, accounting, management).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
