Senior Sales Performance Manager,

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Monitor channel performance and drive improvement actions across both frontline and supporting functions, ensuring that our teams consistently deliver strong results and adapt quickly to challenges.
• Establish and maintain regular performance review processes with sales and marketing teams, so that insights are shared and improvements are implemented efficiently.
• Identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions across the organization, directly impacting our ability to meet business goals and deliver value.
• Prepare business analyses and develop business cases to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Contribute to company target setting and planning processes, ensuring that objectives are realistic and aligned with business priorities.
• Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collect, prioritize, and manage business demands towards channels, making sure they match available capacity and resources.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for marketing and other supporting functions.
• Support channel strategy development through performance insights, commercial analysis, and business impact assessments.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• A university degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving and systems-level thinking.
• Understanding of complex business processes and a strategic mindset.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, including working with and interpreting data and analytics.
• Fluent spoken and written Hungarian and English.
• Proficient IT skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Additional technical skills such as PowerBI or SQL are a plus.
• An open-minded, flexible personality with a customer-focused attitude.
• Creativity and the ability to proactively handle unexpected situations.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Telecommunication industry
• Experience using generative AI tools
