You will have the following responsibilities:

Your role is to manage segment related propositions and activities from marketing aspect, including all relevant planning and execution required to reach business and marketing ambitions
Develop a deep understanding of the market, competitors and opportunities through regular analysis
Monitor the consumer segment’s current and future needs, attitudes and insights
Determine segment initiatives, campaigns, promotions based on customer and commercial opportunities and technological innovations
Drive conceptualization of new propositions including commercial design, business case and go-to-market aspects
Develop and execute customer experience related initiatives, find insights and drivers to improve NPS results
Negotiate content deals, make sure content contracts are aligned, signed on time and legally approved
Manage content partners’ requests, ensure that the monthly/quarterly payments are paid on time
Create and execute content strategy (linear & streaming) based on available solutions and Yettel HU segment strategy
Create content roadmap together with partners and negotiate cooperation for common promotions
End-to-end management of campaigns, promotions and projects aiming the development of TV segment
Ensure good quality information flow among stakeholders
Via liaison with other departments and organizations ensure that marketing activities are aligned and integrated with other parts of the business

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

College / university degree in business administration, economics, marketing or related field;
Experience in a marketing related role;
Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge;
Hardworking attitude and eager to learn;
Autonomous way of work
Active, doer, practical approach.
