In this 2 year fixed term role as a Trade Marketing Manager you will have an impact on the whole retail network in Hungary as you will be responsible for managing and executing end2end trade marketing campaigns, support retail with necessary sales tools to reach business goals while ensuring transparent and clear communication in line with brand and communication strategy.  We are looking for a confident, curious and enthusiastic person with outstanding project management skills and deep knowledge of trade marketing.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage creative development, production and distribution of marketing materials
• Bring relevant retail inputs to integrated campaign development, execute upon aligned needs; deliver in line with retail strategy
• Drive marketing initiatives across retail outlets ensuring brand communication is consistent and impactful
• Oversee the communication strategies related to store openings, relocations and renewals, ensuring a seamless transition to customers with managing proper distribution of all materials of all channels in time
• Ensure brand guidelines are met within retail, work on transparent store layout and visibility of products
• Develop a strong understanding of retail needs and support sales with relevant toolkits
• Make stores visible, keep customers informed and engaged in-store and around
• Improve customer experience in retail, initiate local activities, bring up new promotional and retail development ideas
• Ensure budget and deadlines are met, message is delivered on the corresponding touchpoints
• Brief and lead agencies, align with multiple vendors for proper delivery, work in cross-functional teams

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing
• Sales-focus and marketing communications knowledge
• Outstanding project management skills, planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian
• The ability to work on several projects parallelly, see the big picture meanwhile taking care of the details
